The photographs were also exhibited in galleries in London, Paris, Madrid, Milan, Rome, Berlin, Munich, Athens and Sydney.
A royalty from this book is being donated to Cancer Research UK as part of their GiveGet campaign, which aims to raise more than £500,000 to help cure cancer faster.
