TRADE ORDERS

UK Trade Orders are handled by our UK Distributors, Turnaround, who are happy to accept all customers whether they be account or non-account. Delivery can be within 24 hours if the order is urgent but in general books will take 3-5 working days to reach customers. Delivery times can vary at peak periods.

ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS
If you would like to become an account customer, go to http://www.turnaround-uk.com to download the necessary forms.

Turnaround offer account customers a trade discount of 35% and free shipping within the UK and Ireland. For overseas account customers who do not use a shipper, a charge will be applicable for the dispatch of your orders.

If you are already an account customer and are interested in seeing one of ther sales representatives, please contact the Sales Manager, Andy Webb.

NON-ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS

Bookstores that do not have an account with Turnaround are welcome to place an order, provided that payment is made in advance. Please contact the Customer Services Department with your order and delivery details and they will be happy to email or fax you a pro-forma invoice. Your goods will be dispatched promptly as soon as payment is received. All orders supplied to non-account customers are supplied on a firm sale basis.

If you are a library or a school and wish to order books, Turnaround do have accounts with all key library and school suppliers. However, they can also supply direct to you, so please feel welcome to follow the procedure for non-account customers.

INDIVIDUALS
Turnaround welcomes orders from private individuals, in observance of the following conditions:

Payment must be made in advance, either by Visa, Mastercard, cash or cheque drawn from a UK bank account.


Private individuals are not eligible for trade discounts and are required to pay postage costs.

Postage and packing is £2.50 per book, plus 50p for each additional title (contact our Customer Services Department for overseas delivery prices). An additional postage charge may need to be made for oversized goods.


PAYMENT
Turnaround accept payment by the following methods:

Credit Card: payment by Visa, Mastercard or Maestro.

Regretfully, they cannot accept American Express. Please ensure that all Credit Card payments include your Card Number, Expiry Date, Name of Cardholder, amount being paid and Cardholder's Signature.

Cheque / Postal Order:

Cheques and postal orders must be made out in £UK sterling only, made payable to Turnaround Publisher Services Ltd. and sent to:

Overseas Customers - please note cheques can only be accepted that can be drawn on a UK bank account.

Please ensure that any UK bank charges are covered, as Turnaround do not accept these costs.To ensure proper credit to your account, please send your remittance advice direct to their office.

RETURNS POLICY

Books are sold on a sale or return basis to account customers only. All returns must be clearly authorised by either a representative from Turnaround or the Returns Supervisor. Returns will only be authorised if they satisfy the following conditions:

Returns will be considered after 90 days and up to 12 months from the invoice date. Returns that cannot satisfactorily prove this condition will not be credited.


Authorised returns must be received in mint condition. Absolutely no exception will be made. Any goods returned not in mint condition will not be credited.

Returns requests should also list clearly the ISBN, title, quantity and the invoice numbers on which the books were supplied. Failure to do so will delay authorisation.

Returns not following the above procedures or not bearing a clear authorisation signature will not be credited.

Goods returned that do not meet these conditions will be returned to sender and may incur a charge against that account of £5.00 for carriage and handling.
